网页2013年10月9日 — It isn't locked to Verizon. So far, none of Verizon's LTE devices are locked, except for ones sold for Verizon Prepaid. A couple of my customers are successfully running them with Norcell SIM cards. (Norcell is my own little MVNO.) Changing the SIM requires disassembling the device with a Torx screwdriver, but it works fine.
