Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts was held without a catch for the first time in his NFL career in Sunday's win over the New Orleans Saints.

Atlanta Falcons coach Raheem Morris dismissed a question about tight end Kyle Pitts getting no catches in Week 4, saying winning the game was most important.

First, he decided to try and make a fair catch of the punt by Bradley Pinion inside the five. Maybe he thought the football was going to land and pin the Saints deep. Then, he failed to secure the football which bounced into the end zone where KhaDarel Hodge fell on it in a scramble for an Atlanta touchdown.

ATLANTA – Rashid Shaheed doesn’t normally field that punt. All-Pro returners, as Shaheed has been, certainly don’t try to field that punt. But in Sunday’s 26-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, Shaheed attempted to catch a punt within the 5-yard line — and muffed it.
